I am a qualified psychologist, business coach and communication trainer. For many years I have been working in various functions in human resource management. It is important to me to harmonize the results of my work with the goals for the company as a whole and the well-being of the employees.

Following the Design Thinking approach “Love it, change it or leave it!” I work on solutions for current challenges of your company until it fits into the ecosystem of the organization.

Antonina Gaydukova

Antonina advises our clients on topics related to human resources management, recruiting, staff development and performance management.

With her curiosity for current trends and topics, she gives each of our projects the necessary impetus to rethink and change.


Danielle internally manages WideScope marketing activities, giving visibility to our heart issues.
