CoWorking Club

Since a few weeks I am part of a virtual CoWorking Club.

Participants tune in via Zoom and we work together from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm with guided breaks.

During the breaks, for example, yoga, mindfulness exercises are offered or there is simply dancing.

The goal is to work in a concentrated manner and to consciously take proper breaks in between to clear your head.

I will be leading my first CoWorking session on Friday (01/22/2021). If you would like to participate, just write to me and I will send you the Zoom access data.

09:00-09:20 Warm-Up and 90ies Dance
09:20-10:20 Work Flow (everyone works on their own project)
10:20-10:30 Stretch and repetition of dance moves
10:30-11:30 Work Flow (everyone works on their own project)
11:30-11:40 Stretch and Dance, we are getting better and better
11:40-12:45 Work Flow (each:r works on own project)
12:45-13:00 Abschlussmoves, Freestyle, Dance Crazy & Check Out
